Though I use this product exclusively, I am disappointed that Intuit does not support file sharing of Quicken data between computers in my home network. It would really help. Do you think that this will ever come to be?

The best part of 2003 Premier is that you can schedule it to download your info from your bank and cc companies. This is great because my bank charges if I download my info more than 8 times a month. This feature saves me $.

I read reviews between Quicken and Money 2003 and decided to download the Money 2003 trial version. After agreeing to update my system and installed Money, it took about 25 mins to convert my Quicken data file. I been using Quicken since the DOS days so the data goes back 14 yrs. Launch Money and it was very slow like it try to load all the data in memory. I try to move between accounts and the reponse is unacceptable. It eventually locked the application and get error box if you want to send data to Microsoft. Money 2003 is not for long time Quicken users. I don’t think it the size of the data, but the conversion is suspect. I will stay with Quicken 2003. It’s a new interface with familar looks.

I am a money convert. I switched to quicken and have never looked back. I just love the new Home and Business version with its business capabilities. You can manage bills accounts receivable etc with all the power a small one-man business needs at a very reasonable price. The user interface is very friendly and logical. I find that it fits previous versions handily so the learning curve is minimal. Buy this product!!!

  5. I have been using Quicken for well over a decade now, and it is an indispensible part of my financial management.

This NEW version of Quicken Home & Business is a great upgrade and builds upon a solid history. Quicken has long been the # 1 rated and # 1 best-selling finance software for a good reason. It’s the fastest, easiest way to do finances.

I love it! This new version features a more intuitive organization, lets you automatically schedule your financial transactions to be downloaded (so you don’t have to waste time when you start quicken), has better investing and tax modules, and is just generally EVEN EASIER and FASTER to use.

I run a small consulting business and Quicken Home & Business is perfect… I don’t need all the full power of QuickBooks.

For the user who asked about multi-user, sounds as though you should get QuickBooks, which is Intuit’s real easy-to-use BUSINESS software. Quicken is really only meant for the personal finances, i.e., Schedule C stuff is fine and it does invoices and job tracking for the independent consultant or contractor, but it’s not meant to run a whole business with multiple employees — get QuickBooks for that.

In all, this is a great product whether you are new to Quicken or looking to upgrade! I highly recommend it!!
