At customs her luggage arrived opened and the Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007 clear plastic box, where the sticker with the product key was attached, had disappeared. Fortunately, the discs weren't there but now it's impossible for me to install the product without a legal product key. I've been trying different alternatives to try to find a solution but now after almost two months of knocking many doors requesting help, Microsoft says that Amazon is the only one that may void the product key and request a new one, giving me the opportunity of being able to finally use my almost US$500.00 product. <br />Even though, I've sent many e-mails asking for HELP!!!! up to now I've had no positive response.
