Ordered Adobe Acrobat Std 9 and when it arrived from China instead of the US I was concerned. Inside I found Acrobat Pro 9! That was my first warning. The box and CD looked official. After an uneventful install and reboot, the dreaded “Serial Number no good” screen appeared. A quick call to Adobe gave me “not an Adobe generated serial number”. An illegal copy. I have returned the software to “Buy In Heaven” (AKA “Use in Hell”) and hope to receive a full refund as promised. Beware of this vendor.

We use ACROBAT 9 STANDARD for scanning to PDF, Printing WORD, EXCEL, AUTOCAD, etc. to PDF, updating PDF plans and PDF forms using the typewriter function and combining PDF Files to allow Plan Submittals to be one PDF file. ACROBAT 9 STANDARD performs all this quickly and easily and is much less expensive then ACROBAT Professional and requires much less effort then other PDF transfering software. The only problem that I found was that our multifunction RICOH 2020 could not scan directly to ACROBAT 9 STANDARD and I think this is a RICOH problem.

OEM copy as expected, but fully functional. CD only. Seller was good but could’ve shipped sooner.

I was hesitant to go with this particular seller because of how low the price was compared to anywhere else. I’m happy I took a chance. The product has no problems and I saved 30%.
