My sign on to download it expired after 24 hours (not sure why that is necessary) and hours and hours on line (with music playing in between rare opportunities to repeatedly be transferred to the wrong customer service person) I finally got to someone who requested for the 4th time that I repeat all the information I had provided others and still have not received the download: Moral of the story - if you want an Adobe product go to a store and buy it, and hope you do not have a problem with it!!
