the product was purchased as an download, but I was not able to download it until 24 hours after I bought it. My sign on to download it expired after 24 hours (not sure why that is necessary) and hours and hours on line (with music playing in between rare opportunities to repeatedly be transferred to the wrong customer service person) I finally got to someone who requested for the 4th time that I repeat all the information I had provided others and still have not received the download: Moral of the story – if you want an Adobe product go to a store and buy it, and hope you do not have a problem with it!!

Adobe is the worse customer service in the world. You go to people who cannot provide support. I was on the line for over an hour and then they wanted to charge me for additional support on their product that did not work. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Sellers need to make sure that they put in their descriptions if it is educational version or the standard version. That is the only problem I had with this product. The product is one of the best versions of Adobe Acrobat that has come out in years.

I have been happy with this product it has done what I have needed it to, I cant quite figure out how to make my own pdf form with it but I guess it will come eventually.

the only thing i’ve used it for so far has been for combining docs and re-ordering pages.
